Quick Update

Hi there,

This is just a reminder to all to please make sure that all fees are paid up to date. No clothing will be made unless paid for in advance. I would also just like to take this opportunity to ask you to contact me if you have any problems with the payment of the fees or if you are unsure what amount to pay (accounts did go out with all the clothing fees included as well as pink notes in class).

Another reminder to please order and pay for studio t-shirts by Wednesday 21 April. Studio t-shirts are compulsory for all students taking part in the competitions. Studio t-shirts are R115 and the studio sleeveless shirt is R95 (students can choose between these two items).

I would also like to notify you that there is a public holiday next week Tuesday and the Monday is a school holiday (26 & 27 April). I would still like to have class on these two days as our rehearsal time for the competition is limited. Please will you just let me know via e-mail or sms if you will be able to make it to practice on these days or if you are going away for the long weekend? As soon as I have received replies from all the students and parents I will send out rehearsal times (and which groups will be rehearsing) for those two days.
