Happy 2013! New classes and new branding.

Happy New Year!! I hope you all had a wonderful festive season and a well deserved break!

I hope you are all looking forward to 2013. I know I am. I am already so inspired and have so many wonderful new ideas to start off our year with all the festival work. And we have a quite a few new developments and classes this year.

Firstly, you will soon see a difference in not only our website, but all of our branding. We are so excited to be presenting a whole new fresh and fun side of the studio of motion brand.

Then, we have added technique classes for all the modern, acrobatics, and contemporary students. These classes are designed to help students not only improve on technique but also get to learn new tricks and push each other with the different challenges presented in those dance forms. This is what we have all been wanting and waiting for. The parts of class we love, but just don’t have time to focus on when we are doing choreography.

We are also adding new Pilates group classes at both the Waterkloof ridge and Centurion studio.

For the moms and babies, we are starting an all new dance fitness class. Bring baby along and bond while shedding those extra kilo’s and toning up after your pregnancy. From newborn up until 2 years of age (or until mom is comfortable holding baby in her arms).

And then. we are starting a dance, fitness, and pilates blog. Here we will post regular articles on all things from stretching and sequence to correct posture and core control.

Bring a friend week!!

This is just a quick reminder to all students and parents that this week is “Bring a friend week”. We have decided to extend this week onto Next Friday 15 June 2012.

How it works: Students are welcome to bring friends with to try out the classes. If a friend registers and pays the next term fee the student (already registered – you/your child) will receive a free mini dance photoshoot and the joining student (the friend) will receive the month of June for free!

The photographs will be taken by the photographer who takes our show photo’s.
